The women's BJJ curriculum covers escapes, frames, sweeps, submissions, and live drilling. Beginners are welcomed, paired with patient partners, and progressed at the pace that's right for them. There's no pressure to spar, compete, or move faster than feels right — but the skills you build are entirely real.

Absolutely. We have many longtime members who started BJJ later in life. The pace is yours to set — most train two to three times a week and progress steadily for years.
