We may collect the following types of information directly from you:
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including:
We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including:
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity and improve your experience on our website.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They help websites remember your preferences, login information, and browsing activity.
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel ID: 1089511526620022) on our website to:
The Meta Pixel collects information about your browsing activity, including pages visited, actions taken, and device information. This data is shared with Meta (Facebook) and may be used to show you personalized ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
For more information about Meta's data practices, please review Facebook's Privacy Policy.
We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics collects information such as:
We also use Google Ads for remarketing and retargeting purposes. This allows us to display personalized advertisements to you on Google Search, YouTube, and websites in the Google Display Network based on your previous visits to our website.

You can opt out of receiving personalized ads from us on Facebook by adjusting your Facebook Ad Preferences.
We use Google Ads remarketing to show personalized ads to people who have previously visited our website. These ads may appear on Google Search results, YouTube, and websites within the Google Display Network.

Rising Tide MoCo operates an internal content management application ("the App") that we use to:
The App is internal to our business. It is not offered to or used by third-party users. This section describes the data the App accesses, how we use it, and how we protect it.
The App uses the Meta Graph API to publish posts to our Instagram and Facebook accounts and to read engagement metrics on our own posts.
What the App does via the Meta Graph API:
The App authenticates using a Meta System User token associated with our Business Portfolio. Via the Meta Graph API we do not access or store data about third-party Instagram or Facebook users. We do collect publicly-visible engagement metrics from competitor Instagram accounts via a separate third-party service; that is described in section 5.5.
Meta's privacy practices are governed by the Meta Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
The App uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish short-form video and photo carousel content to our TikTok account.
What the App does on TikTok:
The App requests the OAuth scopes user.info.basic, video.publish, and video.upload, scoped to our own TikTok account. We do not access content, followers, comments, or any other data belonging to third-party TikTok users.
TikTok's privacy practices are governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy. TikTok's developer terms are at https://developers.tiktok.com/legal/developer-terms-of-service.
The App uses YouTube API Services, specifically the YouTube Data API v3, to publish short-form video content (YouTube Shorts) to our YouTube channel.
What the App does on YouTube:
The App requests the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, scoped to our own YouTube channel. We do not access videos, viewers, comments, analytics, or any other data belonging to third-party YouTube users.
By using YouTube API Services, the App is subject to Google's privacy and data-handling rules. Specifically:
The App authenticates to each platform using OAuth 2.0 (Meta uses a System User token, which is functionally equivalent). The resulting authentication tokens are stored on our private business systems and are never shared with any third party.
To inform our own content strategy, the App benchmarks our content against publicly-visible content from a fixed list of competitor martial arts training accounts on Instagram. This benchmarking is performed using Apify (https://apify.com), a third-party web scraping service, and does not go through the Meta Graph API.
What the App collects via Apify:
All scraped data is information that any user can see by visiting the competitor account's public Instagram profile without logging in. The App does not access private accounts, comment threads, individual commenter identities, follower lists, direct messages, or any other non-public data.
The App does not scrape consumer or follower accounts. The scrape targets are limited to a fixed list of competitor business accounts in the martial arts industry, used for industry-level benchmarking.
Apify's privacy practices are governed by the Apify Privacy Policy at https://apify.com/privacy-policy.
The App uses Anthropic Claude (https://www.anthropic.com), an AI assistant accessed via the Anthropic API, for two purposes:
What gets sent to Anthropic Claude:
The App does not send authentication tokens, personally-identifiable information about gym members, billing data, or any data covered by HIPAA or similar regimes to Anthropic Claude.
Anthropic's API terms commit that data submitted via the API is not used to train Anthropic's models. The current Anthropic Commercial Terms of Service are at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms and the Anthropic Privacy Policy is at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
We do not ourselves train, fine-tune, or build any machine learning model on platform API data, competitor research data, or member data.
To be explicit about the boundaries of the App's API access:
Because the App only publishes to and reads engagement metrics from our own business accounts via platform APIs, and because competitor benchmarking via Apify only collects publicly-visible content from a fixed list of competitor business accounts, individual data rights requests directed at us regarding platform API data are generally not applicable. If you believe the App has interacted with your account in error, contact us at the address in Section 13 (Contact Us) and we will investigate.
To control the App's access to any platform connection authorized by an individual administrator on our team:
